Grateful for Each Other, And Family

Annie: We’re grateful for each other.

Lou: For each other.

Annie: And good family.

Lou: And for the nice family we have and her family, my family, which is very small, but I appreciate it. Two of us out of one family that I came from and joining a family like hers are just unimaginable. It’s really something.

Annie: As I say, it’s not been something you write home about, this you’re doing here, but it’s the middle of the road kind of thing, but it has some good points you know.

Annie: It really is, and we are getting old. We really are getting old, but you know it really doesn’t matter because we’re healthy enough to be on our feet.

Lou: You’ve got parents that are almost our age.

Annie: So you know how your parents feel.

Lou: That’s good.

Annie: That’s good because you get to know them a little better. You really do because you get some of the feeling of what they felt in their days too.

Annie: Yeah really. You look at your parents sometimes as well…they don’t know how I feel, but we really do. We really know how you feel.
