I’m grateful for the time that God has allowed me because I know I have sinned and fallen short a lot of times but I pray that I will be forgiven because I think Christ is God. The two are inseparable and the Holy Spirit will guide me, and I hope that my family will all come to realize that they need a savior too.

I have five children, and five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. So I am thankful for that.

On January 3, 2008, Betty celebrated her 90th birthday.  Her children gave her a reception in the Dining Hall of  Heritage Estates where she resides in assisted living.  During the reception she stated that she was 'overwhelmed' with all of the people who attended.
