I give thanks for waking up every day. I think I’ve lived an unusual life. I have a lot of gratitude for the family I was placed in when I came to this lifetime. I have a lot of gratitude for the work ethic and whatever they instilled in me. I realize I’m a very strong person, and I’m the baby of the family which isn’t always true

I was spoiled; I got everything I wanted and I knew that. I’m grateful for all of the routes that may be strong enough to stand up and go and do what I have done. Taking off to Europe when I was 21. Taking off to Mexico when I was 25.

I’m grateful for the people that I got to interact with who were thrown in my path. Everybody I met taught me so much. I’ve had a marvelous ability to move through the world and meet all of these people. I’ve had the best education of my life by traveling. Formal education? You can throw it in the garbage bin! Travel is it. This is the University of the World. Get out there and move around among the people.
