I’m grateful for my family. I’ve been very lucky; I have good people in my life. I want to continue to attract that. After all my years in real estate I've  learned that I don’t have to have people in my life who cause trouble for me.

I’m grateful for my cats. They are wonderful. They came down here from Sebastopol and they are in love with it here. They will never leave this country. They can’t travel in a car. That’s it!
