We Move Into a Brand New Neighborhood

Then about third grade or so we moved from that neighborhood to Centerville area where my parents built a house and a lot of the friends from the old neighborhood moved to that new neighborhood, so it was just a transition of everybody moving to that area. And what used to be just big open fields, now they were starting to build homes, so then we had a bunch of homes that were being built that we could play around in and do stuff in.

I remember going over there to the house as it was being built, just as it was being framed, and looking and seeing well here is where the living room is going to be, here is where the bedroom is going to be and that type of thing. So it was neat.

So then a lot of the people from that neighborhood moved there also from the old neighborhood, so a lot of the same friends – a new school, but a lot of the same friends. Very tight-knit.
